Elektronischer Entgeltnachweis kommt voraussichtlich ab 2012

Inzwischen sind die gesetzlichen Grundlagen geschaffen, damit der elektronische Entgeltnachweis ab 2012 die papiergebundene Bescheinigung des Arbeitgebers ersetzen kann.

Die papiergebundenen Bescheinigungen des Arbeitgebers bei der Beantragung von Arbeitslosengeld I, Bundeserziehungsgeld und Wohngeld werden voraussichtlich ab dem Jahr 2012 durch einen elektronischen Entgeltnachweis ersetzt. Am 6. März 2009 hat der Bundesrat die notwendigen gesetzlichen Grundlagen für die Einführung des umstrittenen elektronischen Entgeltnachweises ELENA geschaffen.
