Anschluss an Notrufstelle ist keine haushaltsnahe Dienstleistung

Abziehbar sind nur die im Haushalt entstandene Arbeitskosten, nicht jedoch die Grundgebühren für den Anschluss an eine externe Notrufzentrale.

Pauschale Grundgebühren für den Anschluss an eine außerhalb des Grundstücks bei einer Sicherheitsfirma untergebrachte Notrufzentrale sind nicht als haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen steuerbegünstigt. Mit dieser Entscheidung hat das Finanzgericht Hamburg eine Klage abgewiesen, weil es sich nicht um in einem inländischen Haushalt entstandene Arbeitskosten handelt.
