Arbeitszimmer wieder abziehbar

In bestimmten Fällen ist ein häusliches Arbeitszimmer nun wieder bei den Werbungskosten oder Betriebsausgaben abziehbar.

Einer Entscheidung des Bundesfinanzhofs ist es zu verdanken, dass ein häusliches Arbeitszimmer in bestimmten Fällen wieder steuerlich anerkannt wird. Dazu muss die Nutzung mindestens 50 % der gesamten Tätigkeit ausmachen oder kein anderer Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung stehen. Die Finanzverwaltung hat bereits auf das Urteil reagiert und will es anwenden. Mehr zu diesem Thema lesen Sie in der nächsten Ausgabe.
