Widerrufsbelehrung gemäß Fernabsatzgesetz

Laut Fernabsatzgesetz ist es notwendig, dass der Verbraucher beim Kauf über das Internet über sein Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht belehrt wird.

Beim Kauf von Waren und Dienstleistungen über das Internet muss der Verbraucher gemäß dem Fernabsatzgesetz über sein Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht belehrt werden. Nach einhelliger Meinung in der Rechtsprechung würde ein Unterlassen der Belehrung sowohl zu einer Verbraucherbenachteiligung als auch zu einem Wettbewerbsverstoß in der Form eines Rechtsbruchs führen.
