Herstellungs- und Erhaltungskosten sind ab dem Zeitpunkt begünstigt, zu dem der notarielle Kaufvertrag oder ein gleichstehender Rechtsakt abgeschlossen worden ist.

Als Anspruchsberechtigter können Sie eine Investitionszulage für Herstellungs- und Erhaltungskosten an einer Wohnung im eigenen Haus oder an der eigenen Eigentumswohnung erhalten. Nach Erörterungen der obersten Finanzbehörden der Länder sind diese Arbeiten ab dem Zeitpunkt begünstigt, zu dem der notarielle Kaufvertrag oder ein gleichstehender Rechtsakt abgeschlossen worden ist.
