Bundesländer wollen Grunderwerbsteuer erhöhen

Ihre Haushaltsnot veranlasst mehrere Bundesländer, die Grunderwerbsteuer teilweise drastisch zu erhöhen.

Mittlerweile planen vier Bundesländer, ab 2011 die Grunderwerbsteuer anzuheben: Während Bremen und Niedersachsen eine Erhöhung auf 4,5 % vorgesehen haben, will das Saarland eine Erhöhung auf 4 % vornehmen. Brandenburg plant eine Erhöhung auf das Rekordniveau von 5 %. Schleswig-Holstein will ab 2013 ebenfalls auf 5 % nachziehen.
