Ungleiche Grundsteuermesszahlen sind verfassungsgemäß

Weil die endgültige Belastung aufgrund unterschiedlicher Berechnungsverfahren vergleichbar ist, sind unterschiedliche Grundsteuermesszahlen nicht verfassungswidrig.

Das Finanzgericht Hamburg meint, dass es nicht gegen das Grundgesetz verstößt, wenn die Steuermesszahl bei der Grundsteuer für als Einfamilienhaus bewertete Eigentumswohnungen um rund ein Drittel höher liegt als für Einfamilienhäuser selbst.
