Die Vergütung für eine Arbeitnehmererfindung erfüllt keine der Voraussetzungen für eine ermäßigte Besteuerung, die das Steuerrecht für außerordentlich hohe Einkünfte innerhalb kurzer Zeit vorsieht.

Für außerordentliche Einkünfte und für Vergütungen mehrjähriger Tätigkeiten erlaubt das Steuerrecht eine Steuerermäßigung zur Abmilderung der Steuerprogression. Doch die Vergütung für eine Arbeitnehmererfindung erfüllt keine der Voraussetzungen, meint das Finanzgericht Münster, weil sie nur ein Ausgleich für den Übergang des Verwertungsrechts auf den Arbeitgeber ist.
