Höhere Grunderwerbsteuer in Hessen ab August

Hessen erhöht zum 1. August 2014 die Grunderwerbsteuer von 5% auf 6%.

Die ursprünglich für 2015 vorgesehene Erhöhung der Grunderwerbsteuer in Hessen kommt nun wohl früher als geplant. Im Gesetzentwurf der schwarz-grünen Landesregierung wird als Stichtag für die Erhöhung von 5 % auf 6 % der 1. August 2014 genannt.
