Mindestlohn steigt in zwei Stufen auf voraussichtlich 9,35 Euro

Zum 1. Januar 2019 wird der gesetzliche Mindestlohn wieder angehoben auf dann voraussichtlich 9,19 Euro pro Stunde.

Seit Anfang 2015 gibt es in Deutschland den gesetzlichen Mindeststundenlohn von derzeit 8,84 Euro. Alle zwei Jahre ist eine Erhöhung des Mindestlohns vorgesehen, damit also wieder zum 1. Januar 2019. Nach Presseberichten hat sich die Mindestlohnkommission jetzt auf eine Erhöhung um 0,35 Euro auf 9,19 Euro pro Stunde geeinigt und schlägt für 2020 eine weitere Erhöhung auf dann 9,35 Euro pro Stunde vor. Die Bundesregierung muss die künftige Höhe des Mindestlohns noch per Verordnung umsetzen, weicht aber dabei in der Regel nicht vom Vorschlag der Mindestlohnkommission ab.
