Die Aufwendungen eines Fußballtrainers für ein Sky-Bundesliga-Abo können Werbungskosten bei den Einkünften aus nichtselbständiger Arbeit sein, wenn tatsächlich eine berufliche Verwendung vorliegt. Der Bundesfinanzhof hat allerdings klargestellt, dass eine weit überwiegende berufliche Nutzung nachzuweisen ist.
