Festsetzung des Solidaritätszuschlags nicht mehr vorläufig

Der Vorläufigkeitsvermerk zum Solidaritätszuschlag wurde umgehend aufgehoben, nachdem eine Verfassungsbeschwerde dazu gescheitert ist.

Nachdem das Bundesverfassungsgericht eine Verfassungsbeschwerde zum Solidaritätszuschlag nicht zur Entscheidung angenommen hatte, hat das Bundesfinanzministerium wie erwartet reagiert: Die Festsetzung des Solidaritätszuschlags erfolgt ab sofort nicht mehr vorläufig, und noch anhängige Einspruchsverfahren können auch nicht weiter ruhen.
