Unzulässige E-Mail-Werbung

Erneut wurde in der aktuellen Rechtsprechung mehrfach festgestellt, dass unerwünschte E-Mail-Werbung unzulässig ist.

Erhalten Sie unerwünscht oder ohne Aufforderung Werbung per E-Mail, stellt das eine Störung Ihres Eigentums- und Persönlichkeitsrechts dar. Die Gerichte sind der Meinung, dass es für Sie eine unzumutbare Belästigung ist, sich mit den Werbe-Mails auseinander zu setzen. Ihnen entsteht sowohl zeitlicher als auch finanzieller Aufwand, wenn Sie die E-Mails abrufen und löschen. Außerdem wird Ihnen die Werbung praktisch aufgezwungen.

Sind Sie also Empfänger unerwünschter E-Mail-Werbung haben Sie in jedem Fall das Recht, von dem Absender zu verlangen, dass er das weitere Versenden von unaufgeforderter Werbung per E-Mail unterlässt.
