Steuerabzug für Haushaltshilfen

Der maximale Steuerabzug für Haushaltshilfen wird mehr als verdreifacht.

Die Große Koalition plant einen erweiterten Steuerabzug für Hilfen im Haushalt. Das betrifft sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigte im Haushalt, beaufttragte Dienstleistungsunternehmen (beispielsweise für Hausreinigung oder Gartenarbeiten) und die Betreuung und Pflege von Familienangehörigen. Hier gilt künftig: Statt bisher zusammen 6.000 Euro können künftig 20.000 Euro bei der Steuererklärung angegeben werden. 20 Prozent, also maximal 4.000 Euro (bisher 1.200 Euro) werden dann erstattet.
