Weiter Zusatzförderung für energiesparende Anlagen

Die auf Ende 2000 befristeten ökologischen Zusatzförderungen nach dem Eigenheimzulagengesetz sind durch Gesetzesänderungen nochmals um zwei weitere Jahre verlängert worden.

Für den Einbau bestimmter energiesparender Anlagen können jährliche Zusatzförderungen von bis zu 500,- DM in Anspruch genommen werden, für Niedrigenergiehäuser 400,- DM. Der Einbau der Maßnahme, die Anschaffung der Wohnung oder die Fertigstellung des Neubaus müssen vor dem 1. Januar 2003 erfolgen.
